What kind of photo works best?
Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the subject easy to see. The pose in the uploaded photo is the pose the design process tries to preserve.
Does TruCut use my actual uploaded photo?
Yes. Your uploaded image is the subject source. Separate TruCut sample references guide the overall black-and-white metal-art style.
How is the design prepared for cutting?
The design is built around strong connected shapes and simplified details. A fabrication review is still completed before steel is cut.
What steel and finishes are available?
TruCut uses 14-gauge steel. Current finish choices are Raw Steel, Painted Steel, and Rustic.
How do I place an order?
Create a design, review the quote, approve the exact artwork, enter shipping information, and submit the order. If online payment is enabled, the order page then continues to secure Stripe checkout.
How do I check my order?
Use the Order Status page with the order number from your TruCut email, or open the private tracking link included in your order emails.
Will I receive shipping tracking?
Yes, when TruCut marks the order shipped and adds tracking information, the tracking details appear on the order-status page and can be emailed automatically.
