Custom-made products

TruCut products are made to order from customer-approved artwork. Because each piece is custom, cancellations or changes may be limited once fabrication begins.

Shipping

Shipping timing depends on production workload, finish, size, destination, and carrier service. Tracking information is added to the customer order-status page when available.

Damage or problems

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact TruCut promptly with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
