How TruCut handles custom orders after approval.
Custom-made products
TruCut products are made to order from customer-approved artwork. Because each piece is custom, cancellations or changes may be limited once fabrication begins.
Production timing
Production is estimated at about 2 weeks after both payment and design approval. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date. Carrier transit time is separate from production time.
Shipping and local pickup
We ship within the United States only using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping is an extra charge and is not included in the product quote. Local pickup is available in the Phoenix/Glendale area by arrangement; contact TruCut for pickup details.
Tracking information is added to the customer order-status page when available.
Damage or problems
Return requests are limited to orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact TruCut within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the damage or error. Photos are required for review. Returns require owner approval; do not send anything back before approval and return instructions.
