Key terms customers accept before submitting a TruCut order.

Design approval

The customer is responsible for reviewing the displayed design before approval. Fabrication is based on the approved artwork.

Quotes and changes

Website quotes are based on the selected size, finish, quantity, and configured shop rates. If fabrication review identifies a required price or design change, TruCut should contact the customer before production continues.

Custom work

Minor characteristics of fabricated and finished steel can vary. Raw and rustic finishes can naturally show variation.

Customer-provided content

Customers should upload only photos or artwork they have the right to use for the requested custom product.
